These pencils can be used with water, for a watercolor effect. They can also be used as a complement to watercolor, to add graphic touches or details.
Description
Box of 12 watercolor pencils. Can be used by themselves, or as a complement to watercolor.
You can use them with a water-filled brush, or a water jar and a brush. You will also need a pencil-sharpener.
